Friendsips, Sauvignon Blanc & Dimyat 2022

A friendship born out of a love three mates shared for their native Bulgarian wines, Friendsips proudly use the tagline, "wine made by friends, for friends". Based in Bulgaria's Thracian Valley, they focus on promoting indigenous grape varieties by blending them with more household names. A blend of 70% Sauvignon Blanc and 30% Dimyat (bright, herby and aromatic) this wine almost jumps out of the glass. Super vibrant and very juicy, with notes of citrus peel, apple blossom, nettle, fresh cut grass and tarragon. Tight body and lovely citrusy finish. A great aperitif or paired with herby chicken dishes.
